International Money Exchange Rate
We are as transparent as possible with pricing. The website has a daily exchange rate update to be as current as possible. However the exchange rate does fluctuate so you need to make sure your online shopping basket has been refreshed for this day. Payments by card are also handled by PayPal so at final checkout you will see the accurate exchange rate for that day if the website has not updated.
Placing an order:
Orders are made using the website www.invisiframe.co.uk . We will accept telephone and email orders from traders calls who have an invisiFRAME Trade account set up. Website sales accept payment from PAYPAL or Braintree. Trade Sales are to be paid on ordering by either BACS payment or PayPal/Braintree using a Debit Card via telephone.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Any Trade credit not settled within 30 days of invoice date, interest will be calculated and charged daily at the Bank of England’s base rate plus 5%.
Postage and Packing:
On all frame protection a delivery charge applies. All colour decals in the UK have free postage. A postage charge will be applied to any order outside of the UK. These terms also apply to Trade Orders.
Orders should be checked upon receipt and any errors, shortages or defects contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt. In the event of non-arrival please contact us within 10 days, for international orders please allow up to 30 days for delivery, we use a 3 day tracked postal service for out kits, but once it leave s the UK we have to allow 30 days for the receiving postal service to deliver before we can submit a missing parcel claim.
If any item is lost in the post we would seek compensation from the delivery company, this can only take place once they have carried out an internal investigation. We cannot be held responsible for this so replacement products will not be dispatched until we receive definite confirmation from the postal company that the item is lost. We try to reduce any shipping issues by using the tracking service for all kit deliveries.
There are no returns on custom cut orders, our kits are all cut to order in there different sizes and finishes. We have the right to review each order and if we feel that it is a kit that we may be able to sell, we may accept the return, for a re stocking fee of £25.00. This also applies to any Trade Order.
If any of the kit is damaged or missing please let us know as this can be easily resolved by contacting us. If we have sent out the wrong kit please contact us and we can go through your order history and ensure you receive the kit you have purchased. We have the right to ask for kits to be returned for inspection before dispatching any further products.
If a refund has been agreed this will only be made once the products have been received back and inspected. This refund may be subject to the deduction of original postage costs occurred by invisFRAME Limited.
To avoid incorrect orders, please check carefully your order before submitting this includes the frame size and finish your require.
We do not accept returns on custom made frame kits as all products are cut to your order.
If a return arrangement has been agreed for individual reasons, please ensure the product(s) are in the original packaging and they have not been used.
We do not refund the original shipping costs or any other shipping costs occurred, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
The invisiFRAME vinyl product must be installed and removed following the invisiFRAME application and removal method only. The customer must be able to provide proof of compliance with the instructions. These instructions are provide in each kit.
Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Trade Mark-Copy Right-Infringement:
InvisiFRAME Limited is a registered UK Trade Mark, protecting the Logo and Name relating to Bicycle Frame Protection. All Kits, products, patterns and shapes designed by invisiFRAME Limited are the property of our company invisiFRAME Limited and are covered by Copyright Law 1988. Any attempted to copy any parts of our property will be classed as a breach of Copyright Infringement and Legal action will be taken. To use any of our photographs or art work needs prior permission.
Any unauthorised use of any of our images or art work is a breach of the Copy Right Law and may result in criminal proceeding.

DHL Shipping (International Only)
We use where possible DHL to deliver our international orders when this is selected by you the customer. Our website is not a live feed to DHL pricing, the pricing is an average cost to your particular country. The costs on most occasions cover the DHL shipping, but on the odd occasion some address’s are classed as remote and a sur-charge is applicable. In this instance we would inform you to give you the option to pay the sur-charge or offer Royal Mail Business Tracked Post. The other option is to give us an alternative address that may be on a DHL route.
